Antibiotics

Antibiotics is one of the main groups of medications as due to these drugs there is a possibility to struggle against microorganisms and bacteria. Antibiotics are the medications the active ingredients of which suppress the development of microorganisms resulting in their low activity, and a man quickly recovers without any complications. The positive action of antibiotics is that these drugs ‘kill’ only bad microbes and do not affect health cells. All antibiotics are divided into several groups which have their own action and react to those microbes which can be treated by certain group of antibiotics. These are antifungal, antiviral, and antiprotozoan drugs which have individual action. However antibiotics are not used for treatment of viral diseases such as flu, hepatitis and others because these drugs do not affect viruses.

Now antibiotics take a special place in the treatment of diseases caused by microorganisms. Its usage does not cause serious side effects and therefore these medications are widely-spread and approved by medicine departments. The best representatives of the group are Zithromax, Flagyl, and Amoxil.
