Cholesterol is grease which is produced by our organs basically by liver. These grease needs to our organism for his normal activity. Cholesterol is contained in each our cell and has many function which help to our organism to have health active vital function.
Containing of cholesterol in organism is not dangerous only when its level is in normal stage. Big containing of cholesterol in blood leads to hard diseases. High level of cholesterol provokes extreme circulation of grease in blood. If abundance accumulates in arteries, it can block them and reduce the blood flow that can lead to heart attack, infarct or angina. High containing of cholesterol in blood acts in negative way on all cardiovascular system that proves hard disease which is hard to cure in future.
Growing cholesterol’s level in blood can became a reason of disease or other problems. One of the most visible reason of increasing of cholesterol is overweight. Malnutrition, static way of life all these lead to increasing of cholesterol and hard consequences. There is many ways to reduce level of cholesterol: healthy food, taking of grease in minimal number, active way of life and etc. These methods are good but sometimes it can’t be avoid without drugs. Exactly drugs give guaranties that you can reduce your level of cholesterol and even fit your body.
