Heart failure is heart illness in case of which decreases reducing ability of heart. That’s why heart can’t pump up blood or to be filled by enough amount of its water. This disease doesn’t appear in its own, and usually its reason became different failure and disorders which influence on heart work: arterial hypertension, coronary heart disease, heart disease.

Form of this disease can be divided in:
• Acute heart failure (it develops during a few hours and requires immediate admission to the hospital)
• Chronic heart failure. (Occurs in the months or years and require regular long-term treatment)

Symptoms of heart failure:
• Provoke general weakness and fatigue
• Cough (growing in the supine position)
• Palpitations load
• Swelling of the feet, in the ankles, legs, abdominal enlargement
• Shortness of breath

Treatment of heart failure
Treatment is prescribed after complex diagnosis of illness and identifying disease’s reasons. For treatment can be used diuretics, cardiac glycosides, medications contain nitroglycerine and many others. Also it requires to limit the use of alcohol, tobacco, to reduce using of sold, to increase physical activity, to strength heart muscle.
